Summer is here and I am sooooo excited! I am a summer baby through and through.
With summer, comes oily AF skin and some breakouts, maybe? Dry skin from being out in the sun that then overproduces oil.... All of that nonsense. I have found the PERFECT skin regimen for myself and wanted to share it with all of you!
You may have all seen, I am a Caudalie worshipper. Like for real, bathe me in it and I'll lick it off the floor kind of shi*. It's my fave skincare line as of right now. I have talked about the Vinoperfect Radiance Serum on here before. BUT, I have just tried their Vinopure Serum now and it has CHANGED the game. For real...
Here's what I've been using daily to keep my skin clear, radiant, bump free, body acne free, and less oily.
My first Holy Grail is the Skin Laundry Extra Deep Gel Face Wash. It has some salicylic acid in it to keep acne at bay. I use this for my face AND body. It's cleared up my body acne a TON. I'm obsessed with it. It's sudsy and cleans really well. It also takes off your makeup! I like the gel consistency without it being sticky. Smells good too. PLUS, the bottle is huge for like $20. Highly recommend.
Holy Grail numba 2 is the GAME CHANGING Vinopure Purifying Toner by Caudalie. This has literally saved me. I use this after I wash my face and body (or just face). It has salicylic acid as well and grape polyphenols to clear pours of impurities. You can feel it cleaning. I put some on a cotton pad and rub it all over my face, chest, and shoulders! This has cleared my body acne like x1000. This is the secret weapon to getting rid of all that bacteria. For real. It makes my skin look so clean and even and dewy!!! Totally a MUST HAVE! And at only $28!
Number 3 is an addition to number 2. They go together SO well. The Vinopure Skin Perfecting Serum by Caudalie. If you suffer from breakouts on the reg, or congested pours...THIS is for you. This lightweight serum melts into skin to help reduce the appearance of imperfections and tightens pores. It leaves you with a glow. You literally need to add salicylic acid to your skin regime if you're braking out. It's been a game changer for me. I use it on my face, back, and chest. If you're a picker, this will also help clear that up. Sometimes I'll put this on at night with the Vinoperfect serum on top. I love the smell of this too! Also, Caudalie products are all 100% natural and safe for the planet! This serum is also cheaper than all the others, coming in at $39 for 30ml.
Number 3 tops off everything. This is the cherry on top. the Vinopure Skin Perfecting Mattifying Fluid by Caudalie. This is my daily moisturizer. It helps with oiliness, tightens pours, moisturizes, and leaves you glowing! Use it as a primer too! Smooths your complexion. Enriched with organic rose water, grape polyphenols and organic essential oils, this moisturizing and mattifying fluid helps to absorb excess sebum, reduce the appearance of imperfections and visibly refine the skin texture. LOVE this light weight magical moisturizer! It's such a nice addition to the whole Vinopure line. I need this for the summer because I get SO greasy. I'm in love. $39 for 40ml. Not the cheapest for the size, but it's lasted me pretty long.
Lastly, since we're on the Caudalie kick... the Instant Detox Mask has been helping so much around my time of month. I use it a few times a week and as a spot treatment. It helps tighten pours and brings down my inflammation from, you guessed it, picking my face too much. LOL. Love this mask!!
Add on: If you need a good face sunscreen that won't be greasy or clog your pours, I recommend the Skin Laundry Daily Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 35. It is light weight, non expensive, leaves a matte finish, and is an SPF of 35. I put it on when I'm going to the beach.
